After use, all dishes must be rinsed clear of food debris and returned to their proper crates. All flatware and serving utensils must be sorted and placed in the labeled soaking coolers provided by MTE. Grill must be wiped clean. Additional charges will be applied if these clean up guidelines are not followed.
If your caterer does not clear tables and rinse and repack items as part of their service, MTE provides the following services:
Remballer Service - Request a price quote for your order.
With our Remballer Service, after the caterer clears all tables, delivering used items to a designated area, MTE staff will rinse and re- pack all items, guaranteeing you are not charged a fee for dirty or mis-packed items.
Bussing Service - Request a price quote for your order.
If your caterer does not bus items (remove used items from tables and carry them to the designated rinsing area), MTE staff will provide bussing service.
*Outdoor events renting tableware require a pre-approved clean up and pick up site.
