Policies

Damage/Cleaning/Stacking/Folding


  •  We set up our tables & chairs and ask you not to fold or stack our items after use, or you will forfeit your damage deposit check.______
  • Have your lawn mowed by Tuesday prior to your event. ________
  • If you damage any tables, chairs, tent or any rental items you are responsible for the full value including shipping charges. _______
  • Long term rentals over 3 days, or tents set up under trees with foliage, will require additional cleaning fee of $0.50 per sq. foot._______
  • No open fire pits within 250 feet of our tent.________
  • Ceremony benches are the only rental items allowed for ceremonies.  We do not rent chairs.
  • Consulting fee, we offer 1 free on-site consultation to identify the tent location.  All subsequent visits we charge $75.00 per hour plus travel expenses.
  • We do charge a set up and delivery fee for all jobs.
  • To confirm your event a 50% non-refundable check is due within 48 hours of accepting the invoice and the balance is due upon setup and delivery.
  • We require all animal waste to be removed prior to tent setup.
  • A separate check minimum of $250.00 is required for all tableware orders as for missing / damage / cleaning / sorting fee and will be returned or torn up upon pickup of rental items and the conditions are met as described above.
  • We only accept checks and cash for rental items
